Mr. Whitt still has 50/50 custody after all this time – and will continue to do so at the very least until his arraignment in mid-May.

Concerning, to say the least.

Keep in mind: this man is allowed on school properties, despite the allegations of sexually abusing a minor.

Marshall County: I know you can do better.

At least guard your kids incredibly closely – and avoid contact with any of the Whitt family at all costs.

Stay vigilant.

On 03/10/2025, Skyler Whitt (37) of Benton KY, was arrested and served an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court charging him with rape 3rd degree and sodomy 3rd degree.

Those are both Felony charges.

Marshall County Daily was the first source to locally break the news – and they didn’t mention it until 4 days later… in a very long list of other offenders.

Mr. Whitt has strong familial ties to this area – likely the reason behind the delay, as well as the fact that his name was next to the bottom on the listing… despite the heinous crimes he is alleged to have committed.
